Founded in 2001 by Dmitry Balyasny with a team of 12 in Chicago, Balyasny Asset
Management L.P. (BAM) has grown to be six offices in four countries with over
100 professionals. Although the company has grown, the original premise remains
the same: Create a culture with a work-hard / play-hard mentality where
successful people can grow to their potential and feel part of a "family". It is
truly BAM's culture that sets us apart from the rest of the industry.
