PRIVACY POLICY
BAM is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining
the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the
manner in which BAM collects, utilizes and maintains nonpublic personal
information about its investors ("Investors"), as required under Federal Law
enacted in 2000. "BAM" collectively refers to Balyasny Asset Management L.P. and
its affiliates (collectively referred to as BAM), and each investment program,
partnership, limited liability company or fund (collectively, "Fund") for which
BAM serves as managing member, general partner, trading member and/or
investment manager. As noted above, this Privacy Policy only applies to products
and services provided by.
Collection of Investor Information
BAM collects personal information about its Investors from the following
sources:
1. Subscription forms, investor questionnaires, account forms, and other
information provided by the Investors in writing, in person, by telephone,
electronically or by any other means. This information includes name, address,
nationality, employment information, and financial and investment
qualifications;
2. Transactions within each Fund, including account balances, investments,
withdrawals/redemptions and fees; or
3. Other interactions with BAM (for example, discussions with our staff).
Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information
BAM does not share any information about Investors with nonaffiliated third
parties, except that such information may be disclosed as necessary to process
an Investor's subscription to a Fund, to the extent the Investor specifically
authorized the disclosure, to service providers or joint marketers who agree to
limit their use of such information, to the extent required in connection with
an investment or transaction the Fund proposes to make, in connection with a
proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of the business
and to the extent required or specifically permitted by law or reasonably
necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions or liability.
Former Customers and Investors The same Privacy Policy applies to former
Investors. Protection of Investor Information BAM maintains physical, electronic
and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect customer
information. BAM restricts access to the personal and account information of
Investors to those employees who need to know that information in the course of
their job responsibilities. Further Information BAM reserves the right to change
this privacy policy at any time. The examples contained within this policy are
illustrations and are not intended to be exclusive. This policy complies with
recently enacted federal law regarding privacy. You may have additional rights
under other foreign or domestic laws that may apply to you.
